Delivery

Orders will be sent using Australia Post, Goods will be posted within 4 business days of an order being received. Delivery will be confidential and discreet. 

Returns Policy

Due to the personal nature of the products Adult’s Only Australia will only replace goods that arrive at their destination faulty. Notification of faulty products must be received by Adult’s Only Australia within 3 days of your parcel being delivered. Under these circumstances, Adult’s Only Australia will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.These details can be obtained either by telephone on 0415 493 534 or by email at returns@adultsonlyaustralia.com.au 

Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable, and products are to be returned to the store at the customer's own cost and risk. In order to process your return of goods, please be sure to include a note explaining the reason for the return as well as your daytime contact telephone number so that we are able to contact you.
